Which of the 2 phones is best, hd2 on paper has a faster processor and more ram. My orange contract is up soon and i was thinking of getting an upgrade but not sure whether to get 1 now or to go to payg when contract ends and then see whats out in the summer and start a contract up then. And then theres the se Xperia X10 but its not available on orange. Id like an iphone but since its too pricey for me id rather go for something similar which is why im looking at the hero, hd2 and xperia, anyone got any opinions ?

Personally I am going for the Hero. The HD2 does look nice but it is huge and its on a windows operating system not Android. Someone has found a cracking deal for the HD2 on Virgin for £25 pm 18 months over on HotUKDeals, lots of posts and links. The only deal I have found on the Hero is for £30 per month on TMobile which I am trying to beat. Had a mess with the Hero today and it feels 'nice' in the hand and to use. Good Luck!

DCF - also have been looking into those 2 phones of late but just to make you aware HD2 isnt at the moment on Orange. HTC are bringing out one called 'Bravo' which is apparently like the brother to HD2 or nexus, so might be worth waiting untill march when this 'Bravo supposably comes to orange if your interested in staying with orange specifically
