Good name for the challange/group I think

As I only started a few days a go so I might roll my pot over to Feb and total it up then, would that be ok??

Not had a look in purse today, waiting to see what's there at the end of the day Did find £2.12 on the floor last night in a bar so that's going in my found change pot and I got another £2 so all in all a good night

Hi all! Really struggling with this one! Because I'm not spending money at work I end up putting £1 a day in a pot and need it by the end of it as that's the only cash in my purse. Eek.

I may get a sealed pot and put it in the bottom of my drawer at work to try and forget about it! Arghhh. If I put in £1 per work day that'll at least be £20 a month or so. Will be better in February!!

Glad you like the name! I've been waiting until I go to bed to save my coin in case I need it for anything! I've become a bit addicted to it though, I keep going out of my way to not spend the larger coins! Don't worry about using them, even if your largest coin at the end of a day is 2p it's still something in the pot! And if you need the coins it's much better to spend them than save them than end up oweing!

Just a 50p for me today, didn't go out so didn't get anything bigger like I hoped . . . If I don't go out tomorrow it might be a 10p:eek:

I have carried the same pound coin around with me since the beginning of the month, it did have 2 others with it but I will try and keep it for as long as possible (that way I am not spending it on things).

I'm saving for a holiday, so will add the monthly total to my holiday fund. Today I have £1 to put into my money box.

Evening all, especially to moodyblues and calisto.

I managed a NSD today as well and hoping for one tomorrow as well. So another £1 into the pot tonight. Had some coppers go to the loose change pot as well yesterday so am having a good weekend!
