  • Thank you everyone for your Best Wishes - I'm doing much better now although I have to have dressing changes every other day, which is a little annoying...

And right now I have no hot water... So it's all happened this Week!! LoL.

But I managed to save another £1 yesterday...so that's a grand total of £1.25 so far this month - Not much but hey, every little bit helps!!

Come on Guys, let's give it one final push for the last week of the month...I'm going to try and put in £1 every day this week if I can...that's my Challenge for the week :T

  • I'm afraid I've failed to do £1 every day...if I did do it, I would have to break into my Five Pound Note and I don't want to have to do that...

So it's another 25p for me, 5p for yesterday and 20p for today...

    A Grand Total of £1.50 :T

Well was hoping to get back into this challenge today but all I've been able to put into my box are coppers as between MrM and Emma my purse has been scalped. I gave MrM money last night for car wash and Emma took the rest for bus fares today. If the jewellers are open today I'll take my watch to be fixed and pop in supermarket for tomatoes. If he's not open I'm not going out and won't take any money out of the bank.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

  • Finally pay day and some change, £1 for me today! Only a few more days before we can see how much has been added up. I'd look forward to it but unfortunately it can't be spent in fun but must be added to my cards. Ah well, it will be worth it in the end!
Total debt at LBM... £16,815.02

This has happened to me again today. Went out shopping with my sister yesterday, purely for me to accompany her as I didn't want anything apart from a few tomatoes from MrT. Got to the till and offered to pay for everything on my card and for her to give me her cash as I had no cash on me. The cash she gave me went straight back out of my purse this morning to Emma for school dinner and bus fare home. But at least I haven't overspent this week. x
