Sky Box Office recording cut 2 mins off end of film :(

I set our box to record Inglorious Barsterds tonight at 20.30. We sat down very shortly after it had started to watch, and it held us enthralled.... Up until 151 minutes into the 153 mins scheduled run time, then we got 'end of recorded programme' message

Has anyone ever experienced this before?

You can change it so you can add an extra five minutes or so to the end and start. Can do it within services and sky+ setup

If you call sky and complain they'll probably give you a £15 bill credit for the inconvenience.

You can get a credit back from Sky, but it is YOUR settings that have done this be default. As has been said, change the settings on your box, there are various onscreen options.

Are the settings different for Box Office than any other channel/input? I've never had this problem before with 'ordinary live TV' recordings, only this Box Office one, I've not changed the recording settings since it came out of the box fresh from Sky...
