If I have £7000 in Vantage, do I have to transfer £1000 in a different account before I transfer another £1000 to Vantage? Or can I add £1000 on top of £7000 and after few minutes I transfer them to a different account?
What happens if I've got more than £7000? Do I still get 4% for the first £7000?

You can do either. You still get 4% on the £7,000.0

My girlfriend was worried about being able to transfer £1000 each month. So you're really saying she can just take £1000 out of the vantage accoutn and then on the same day just ten minutes later put it back in to get the rate?
I will be getting my second vantage account tomorrow. So I just have to set up a standing order to transfer £1000 between the two accounts? Crikey!0
