    Greg

I originally started this thread and whilst my issue was resolved, the telephone line problems do seem to have been ongoing since end of Dec/Jan as I was unable to get through many a time. I did purchase via another website though who ended up giving me a direct line telephone number to you.

The telephone line does need to be sorted out and a proper functioning number put in place, one where someone answers as if emails are not responded to then this is why people get worried they have been ripped off etc.

    Thanks.

  • Have just read these reviews and my worst fears were confirmed - I am waiting for delivery of £400 worth of goods from Elecosave which were ordered in June. No one replies to emails or phone messages, so if the Greg person who wrote the thread below is genuinely connected with Elecosave you need to start making some calls now! My credit card company have said they will reclaim the money, thank goodness as this is money I seriously cannot afford to lose. Meanwhile my children and I are still without a home computer, which has disappeared from the company's website too by the way! How interesting.
  • Dear Mr Long,
It is now clear to me after reading a variety of forums on the internet and having not received a reply to my various emails that your business is either a scam or completely inept. I urge you to explain to me what exactly is going on with the order I placed with you on (21/06/10) and to show me the decency of a reply even if it is a confirmation of what I already suspect.

Your lack of acknowledgement is evidence of the obvious contempt you have for customers who spend their hard earned money on your products only to be ignored.

Your website specifies the delivery time as 4/5 days, I have even got an email from you in which you guarantee no later delivery than Monday(28/06/10).

I have seen many of your replies to disgruntled customers on internet forums in which you try redeem an already sullied widespread perception of your business with promises of communication and resolution with wronged parties.

According to the Citizens Advice Bureau my right as a consumer are protected under the ‘distance selling’ agreement. This agreement stipulates that once the selling party receives payment the buying party must receive its goods within 30 days. If you do not complete the delivery within 14 days I will be reluctantly forced to file an official complaint to the relevant regulatory bodies and will consider taking it further from there.

Thank you, thank you, thank you :T. You have just saved me from making a BIG mistake. I have been scammed before from All In One Place and so now I review any website I plan to order off.
Will order off Amazon at least we know they are good!

    Thank you again

I recently used this company to buy a Digital camera, the funds were deducted from my account and goods not sent at all. This caused no end of upset and stress.I emailed the company owner Mr Gregory Long many times and like other customers wasted phone time listening to music.Of course no one answered my attempts to get in touch.Eventually I messaged Mr Gregory Long via facebook to my amazement he DID reply and seemed fully sympathetic explaining he had been away and was having some issues with his buiseness,he apologised for his team not replying or despatching the goods. He assured me he was`nt a con man and promised a full and instant refund.I was very sceptical as other forum contributers had stated he promised the same all to no avail. To my utter astonishment 2 days later he held true to his word and I had a full refund added to my account. There was no offer of a compensatory goodwill gesture for all the stress and worry ,however I must be thankful I got a refund I guess.I did wonder were Facebook aware that on Mr Longs facebook page there were links to his buisenesses that apparantly didnt deliver the promised goods, and wondered what they would think.
To give him the benefit of the doubt just maybe he does have staffing or financial issues,or maybe I was just very very lucky I dont know.Anyway what harm can it do if youve had no response from Mr Long to message him via his Facebook page.

His responses have been the same since December, always issues with the lines or the staffing etc. You would think he would have addressed these issues by now.

  • I utterly agree Richard,I am not a supporter of him or his buiseness at all.I think he knows judging from his FB message reply to me that people are sick and tired of his treatment of customers.I suggested maybe his staff needed retraining or disciplining if they were tarnishing his companys reputation.Furthermore maybe he should temporarily stop trading if he has finiancial issues that are not his fault, then we customers wont get stung badly, and go through all the stress and worry and inconvenience.I did in my anger advise him the authorities are closing in ,which I am assured they are,but he maintains his innocence.

I had issues with him and he did give me a goodwill gesture refund but it was justified as I had spent a fortune on hold to michael jackson.

This was back in January I cant believe he is

A BIG regret that I hadn't looked that site up before I made a purchase. I ordered an LG monitor on 15 Dec for about 150 quids and paid for 3-4 day UPS delivery. The last contact I got was the order was being prepared to despatch. Since then nothing happened. I emailed and called them. I was always number 3 on the queue and it wouldn't change. No email response. No callback. Now I'm hoping for the best that I could receive my monitor even if it comes with foreign plug.

    Just received few minutes ago

We want to let you know that your order #### status has been updated to...

    DISPATCHING TODAY/TRACKING AVAILABLE LATER.

    Let's see what happens next.

arrived yesterday. really turned up with a foreign plug. based on tracking information it came from Tamworth. what strange was billing info originated at France. At last I'm at peace now.:rotfl:
