Calor Gas - Anyone getting Deliveries

I live in rural Mid Wales and have no mains gas so have to rely on LPG for my heating.
I rang Calor on Monday 4th January as my tank was showing a reading of 1/4. (Calor always ask me to ring when it gets to this so they have time to get gas out). I rang again on Monday 11th January to say my tank was now showing 1/8th and I was getting concerned as my heating was on all day and with the cold weather I didn't want to run out.
I told them I am disabled and home all day with children so need the warmth. They said they would put it through to distribution again and ask them to deliver. I rang again on wednesday to be told very abruptly that due to the weather they were having problems delivering. I explained how low my gas was and they basically said "you are the lucky one, you have gas, a number of people have actually run out" and if I do actually run out then ring the emergency number and put extra jumpers etc on.
They are saying they will deliver within 10 working days of the first request, well that was yesterday and still no sign of gas.
I have seen other gas and oil lorries go through the village so the roads cannot be that bad.
Anyone else had a delivery recently?. Sorry to go on but quite annoyed and concerned.
