Problems with Digital TV. Help please

Hi
I live in Mid Wales and we are all digital now. I have sky on my lounge tv and my son's bedroom and have a freeview box on my dining room tv.
Sky is working fine but the freeview yesterday was awful, the picture was breaking up all over the place. Its not been a fantastic picture since it was switched over.
Today we have completely lost tv on the freeview box, its not like we are many miles from the transmitter. We can see it on the hill about 3 miles from us.
Is anyone else having probs, if we didn't have sky we would have no tv at all. I feel sorry for people just relying on freeview.
Is there anything I can do/try to resolve this.

Its ok, seems to have sorted itself out. Switched off at plug for 5 mins and then switched back on. It seems to have re set itself.0
