If you do have a problem, when i had an ITV win I had a follow up call about a week later to make sure I had received the cheque, dont know if they still do that perhaps some recent winners can say???

update.thank you again for your support ,i went to the bank but they didnt accept as it was a large amount of money,so i had to call the itv guy back and its solved ,they called me back and asked for sort code and account number so can pay straight in bank account,better this way i think ,saved me a trip to bank again
