Thanks girls, but imagine how much more I could lose with a bit of exercise. And hopefully keep it off too. I'll only get to a certain point unless I get off my arriss :o

bb~Can u please give me a recipie for corn beef hash?
    Ta.

well, this is how I do it - from how my Mum did it when I was a kid. Everyone does it differently though.

I boil potatoes and fry them until crispy on all sides. Chop the corned beef into big chunks and add and seal the chunks. Add baked beans and a dollop of brown sauce. Cook until the beans are hot.

I've seen lots of different recipes though - some people layer it with mash on the top and I saw a Corned Beef hash pie on Hairy Bikers last week.

Lush though however you do it :T

I just watched a really inspiring program on Sky Real Lives called Fat Man Slim. This guy lost 60 kilos in a year, and it was all so positive till right at the end. Caption came up before the credits to say he has since died

Mmm - corned beef hash with mashed potato on the top, then a layer of grated cheese on top of that - cooked in the oven for 25 mins til cheese melted - lush
