I'm very impressed with all you runners and dieters you know - so much enthusiasm :T
My shopping budget is always the thing I have to be most flexible on - but we always eat as healthily as possible, I keep a stock of dried fruits for those times that I've run out of fresh stuff and always have loads of frozen veg as back up....we always have our 5 (at least) a day in some form or another
I do agree that Home Economics should be high on the list of schools priorities as it's such a basic requirement of daily life. I think being taught how to keep a store cupboard that can be turned into several different meals would be ideal and would stop people turning to the premade carp."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W.
