I phoned to cancel the directory, but it arrived anyway. The letter with it states that the cost of the directory is only invoiced when you place an order.
I got invoiced for a next directory without placing an order. I rang them and said I didn't want it and they cancelled the charge. I think I must have entered a competition instore hoping to win a car, instead I got a directory and a bill.0
