I'm after some M3 Power blades for my M3Power razor and found this offer on ebay but I'm not sure if this is a genuinly good offer or fakes or cheap imports.

By looking at the picture they look foreign, which isn't a problem as long as they are the same ones you can buy in UK shops.
As they cost just under £2.00 for 1 blade in the shops I thought these selling on ebay was an excellent deal. I just want some advice first before I decide to buy. Has anybody else bought stuff like this off ebay? What are your thoughts?
Thanks

My first thought would be 98.7% feedback? Is there an alternative seller? My second thought would be - he/she does seem to have sold a number of these and received satisfactory feedback.0

I guess I should of looked at the previous items she sold. I like the comment that read "your razor blades were as sharp as a wooden spoon" lol. Still, makes you think if others have been fooled. There are other sellers selling the same, I found one that actually looks like it's in UK packaging with 100% feedback, so I may get them instead.0

Gillette blades are one of the most stolen items from British stores and most counterfeited items in the world. The majority of these blades advertised on Ebay are inferior products and if you are lucky you may get only a few uses if they aren't too blunt to use before use anyway.0

How can you tell by looking at the pic, It may not be what you get.
I to have thought about buying them from ebay but have always been put off by how cheap they are compared to stores.
ie "you dont get anything for nothing"
If you do go ahead let us know how you get on please0 -

Horlicks - I just won 20 yesterday - didn't occur to me that anyone would counterfeit razors.
Just assumed they were proceeds of a five finger discount - serves me right I suppose.
Just have to deal with the junkies who are always offering them to me at bus stops!
And before anybody jumps down my throat if they're robbing supermarkets stops them robbing my house ;+)0 -

Either :
1 - the blades are counterfeit...and my bet is they are counterfeit...or
2 - they're stolen.........and unlike one poster on this thread who doesn't appear to mind buying stolen goods...I'd assume you're honest and wouldn't want to finance thieves?
Best keep away...and avoid any blades on eBay...even the ones with the UK type packaging may well be counterfeit and lousy quality.....
Mikeif i had known then what i know now0 -
Too late now, I took the chance and bought some. They should come today or tomorrow, I'll let you know what they are like.
1 blade usually lasts about 2 weeks for me so I will see how long these ones last. As long as they do the job well then I'll be happy but I bet the blades will go blunt quickly, if they are not blunt already.
I might email the seller and find out why they are so cheap.0 -
I buy mine at cash and carry and only get 5 shaves out of them, but any more and one get irritation
I just do not trust ebay for such items0 -
