I want to make a cake, full size.. problem is there are only 2 of us, and we don't want to eat it all at once!

Can I freeze it at all and make it last?
It's a toffee banoffee cake if that makes any difference?

Yes, you can freeze cakes, I'd slice it first and then place the slices slightly apart onan oven tray. Freeze on the tray until hard, then wrap individually and bag up.0
