I visited the site too but found that it was quite 'cliquey'. It seems that lots of posters are from the same area and know each other personally so it felt very much like they were chatting privately and I shouldn't interrupt.

There was a lot of "are you still going swimming on Thursday" and "oh I saw your Dave in Tesco at the weekend"......bit off putting for me.

Just MHO though, apart from that the arcade, layout, reviews etc are brilliant, just the forum wasn't for me.

Same for me too Jay Jay. Nice site but just a bit too chummy if you don't live in Norwich.
Again Just my opinion.

Think the trouble is that they advetised in the local paper and got lots of signups from one area

Yea, there are a lot of Norwich members on there (I'm the site owner by the way!), but that's because I live in Norwich, so when I first started the site up, I did a lot of advertising in my area. I got the site into the local paper aswell, and if it hadn't been for the Norwich members there wouldn't be as many members as there are now...! Lol...
There are a LOT more members from all over the place now, including people who live in America. There's a meetups forum, and I know there's a group of people in Suffolk who meet up a couple of times a month aswell.
The members are doing a great job of promoting the site too, by handing out leaflets etc, so hopefully there will be even more people from other areas soon too!
We've got almost 900 members now, and I'm pretty sure that only a small amount of that number are Norwich members.
Why not go have another look? If you haven't been on for a while, quite a bit has changed!
