Can I get broadband without having a phone line?

I dont have cable in my area and dont want the expense of a landline but want broadband.
What are my options (cheaper the better of course!)

are you sure you don't have cable provider in your area? as most of the country do , if the answer is still no , then youre out of luck as all other companies like aol, bulldog etc go through a BTline0

i dont have cable and never will have, very rural area. your only option other than bt is sat-alight. nothing do do with sky. i looked in to this once but its about £350 a month!!! so bt it is!0
