Just finshed IVA - Can i get mobile phone contract?

Hi all, Just finished my IVA (August 2009) - debt free!!! - and I would like to get a mobile phone contract, nothing silly I just know I could get more for my money than I do on PAYG. I've tried Orange and Vodaphone but both turned me down.... Is it a case of waiting for my credit file to repair itself or are some network…

Thanks all, well based on that I may try T Mobile, if that still fails then I suppose my only option is the sim only contract!

As for my credit files I'm on the case with this I ordered them the other week and found that there were quite a few of my creditors who hadn't updated my file... seems like I might have a bit of work to do.
