Cheapest international mobile calls from mobile

Hi.

I would like to call friends and family in Portugal and Spain from mobile to mobile.

As I understand Rebtel offers such a service and the prices I have seen are quite reasonable, it's cheaper than JahJah.

Are there any other providers cheaper than the mentioned ones? I have read the MSE guide to international mobile calls. Would like to know if it's still up to date and if any new services have popped up since then.

By the way, do you make use of such a service, if so what do you use?

I have heard of talkster from google but can't comment as have never used it

Mainly mobiles but I do happen to call landlines on certain occasions. Thanks for the link, I will give it a try, although the website looks very basic and the rates are really low which almost makes me think it's fraudulent.

Have you tried it before?

It does look very good, if legit!
