DLA decision & mysterious payment

No the point I'm trying to make is that the no-non dependent charge is made for ppl living with someone who has DLA (DISABILITY living allowence). So it says that if you have the DLA, noone you're living with has to pay CT, which contradicts what you are saying.
So the "You still pay council tax, it is rent that that is discounted." comment you made isnt correct.0 -

I get the higest rate of DLA care and the only discount we could get was a band reduction because we dont claim any benefits, you are talking about someone on DLA who recieves CTB which is a diffrent thing.0 -
