            you will find that SO many people have their first claim refused and many are successful on appeal.
 as others have said, you really need to be an expert, filling in these forms day-in day-out. so, would definitely get help asap either at cab or ask your gp surgery or local hosp PALS where/who can help you with this.
 often, as you are so used to it all happening, you forget to document some of the obvious things sometimes. ie. you have ALREADY put strategies in place to help you all cope.0

            i got a replacement letter from them and have now appealed , it says if i havent heard anything in 11 weeks ive got to contact them.
 11 weeks is a long time why does it take so long for a yay or nay?0

            It takes so long because they need to make sure they have all the evidence they need to make the decision.
