FAO Vodafone company representative

applied for a 2nd line and phone tonight for my business as my personal line is getting clogged up and its getting confusing keeping up with all the calls i get but i was rejected for missing one recent payment and have to re-apply in march.

the reason i missed the payment is because when i was with my previous bank i sold a few items on ebay to a chap from leeds for a large ammount of cash and he payed by bank transfer, trouble was though that this particular chap from leeds transferred this money using a stolen cheque book and thus my bank suspended the use of my visa card and investigated all my dealings on my account.

so while under the impression i'd recieve my card in a few days that turned to weeks and eventially without warning my bank decided to close my account leaving me bankless - they posted me a cheque for the ammount which was left in my account.

the few days after my bank was closed and i was in the process of openning a new account with another bank my vodafone account was suspended as the payment was obviously rejected.

i'm in real need for this 2nd line and i cant wait till march - when i rang vodafone to explain my late payment the customer service team were excellent and got me reconnected ASAP but obviously the team that deals with a 2nd line and phone will only say what the computer tells them and i get that its the rules about missed payments but please help me sad.gif

faithfully

If you only need another line due to the amount of incoming calls you are receiving, why don't you just purchase a pay as you go sim card / phone?

You will get another line and won't have line rental to pay, if it is only for incoming calls you won't need to worry about topping it up either.
