Voda taking back billing from cpw
Does anyone know what impact this may have on cashback claims. Should we be allowed to downgrade once they have done so as they will no longer be revenue sharing? Will we have access to voda cs and allowance usage once the switchover goes through?
I think....

Hi Michaels.
I work for Vodafone and can offer some informal advice.
Any agreements that you have with CarPhone Warehouse, that form part of your contractual agreement, will be honoured by Vodafone when the transfer goes through.
I hope this helps.0 -
Does anyone know when CPW Vodafone customers can start ringing Vodafone customer services about account information/ retentions? Also, I spoke with CPW Vodaphone customer care (retentions) to get my PAC, and he reckons that I would get a better deal from Vodafone to stay. Last week CPW Voda offered me K800i + £150 credit for 275 xnet mins (@£35 a month), no texts, which isnt very good. I can get 12 months half-price at OneStopPhoneShop for k800i on Orange Canary 30 (200mins, 75 texts @£30 a month), which is better. Does anyone have experience of getting a good deal from Vodafone retentions? Thanks0

Hi Alonso,
I also work at Vodafone.
Vodafone now have full control with effect from 31st July 2006 (although there has been a delay whereby some accounts won't be fully switched over until 4th August 2006).
All billing issues and upgrades can now be address by calling 191 free from your handset.
For all other queries except from upgrades can be dealt with by email through https://www.vodafone.co.uk/contactus
All cash back offers will still be honoured by CPW directly.
If you have any other questions please let midlands_lad or myself know0 -

Hi there,
You can downgrade your account after the first 6 months if you're on a 12 month contract or after the first 9 months on an 18 month contract.
If you'd like me to look into this, please email us through https://www.vodafone.co.uk/contactus. If you put FIT135 into the main body of the email, it will be routed to the most suitable person.
I hope this helps.0
