Wow I can't believe some of the offers that Carphone warehouse are offering at the moment. The latest (and one of the best so far) is the FREE Sony Ericsson T610 with 12 months FREE line rental on T-Mobile Relax 200.
This tariff gives you 200 any time any network minutes per month and usually costs £29/month. You also get 100 free texts for the first 6 months.
In addition, Linemypocket.co.uk are currently offering £15 cashback on all pay monthly phones from CPW in their "cashback sale". This makes the total cost for the year a net gain of £15. Details here: http://www.linemypocket.co.uk/sitedetails.php?company=Carphone%20Warehouse
Plus CPW will offer you £20 for your old phone - any old brick phone will do as long as it charges up!
The only catch appears to be its an 18month contract, even so this makes the monthly cost £9.66 (or £7.72 if you include the cashback and £20 trade in). with 200 any time/net minutes its still much chepaer than a home phone.

You know it's an 18month contract don't you?0
-
is this another cash back one?0

yeah sorry, orginal post now amended. Still a great bargain though as the T610 is superb0

It's an 18 month contract, so the last 6 month are at full price! Not such a good bargain.
6 x £29 = £174.0 -
Be careful, it's an 18month contract - so the last 6 months you'll be paying at best £13.99 (think that's the lowest T-bag tariff, provided they let you change down anyhow?) per month with no refund after.
EDIT: Oopps, few of us hit this one at the same time ;DNice to save.0 -
lol....who else wants to say its an 18 month contract?!

i suggest you amend the title of the thread OP0 -
This is an 18 month contract offer. You get 12 months free but have to pay £29x6 I believe.
Nick.
lolsomething missing0 -
The contract is 18 months, only 12 months free. It does not look as straight forward as you think it says 1st 6 months your billed at £14.50 per month, then you claim back 2 lots of £130.50, but it states the monthly line rental is £ 29, me thinks they will charge you £1770

Is it an 18 month contract?
