Something about this thread doesn't add up...

For a start, the OP and a poster advocating plagiarism have very similar usernames - JP86 and JS101.

Secondly I find it odd the OP linked to an actual ebay item rather than ask a general question.

And lastly, he/she doesn't seem to have responded to the offers of help.

Maybe I'm too cynical but I'm thinking the OP has some interest in the ebay item!

The thought did cross my mind :o
  • You are going to take his word for it?

Yep. As a business model, it doesn't stand up. Writing a 2.1/1st class dissertation in your own subject is hard; doing it across a whole range of subjects is really hard. People who can do this type of work consistently would be able to demand a good salary. Doing a dissertation also takes quite a bit of time - that's why you're worried to only have a month left.

If they were selling what they said they were, they would need very bright people to do a lot of work on each dissertation. This would mean it was unaffordable, except to the extremely rich. Even putting ethics aside, if you can afford this 'service' than I'd be asking how they can offer it for such a low rate.

By the way, universities still sometimes have oral exams if they are concerned about plagiarism. If you handed in a plagiarised dissertation and the plagiarism wasn't spotted by any software, there's still the risk that you could be asked to come in to talk about how you researched and wrote the dissertation
