Don't use ebay and don't use paypal. That's something you could change to solve your unhappiness with them. Or at least don't sell via them.

If their T&Cs are biased enough against sellers to make a lot of sellers stop using them then eventually this will affect their business and they will either fix things or go the way of the dodo.

I think you're getting way too worked up over ebay!!

The dog incident - you were in the wrong here as you had no item to sell any more. Sh*t happens. Just calmly reply to the negative saying "buyer took 8 days to pay and in the mean time item got dog chewed. Buyer refunded".

The item that didn't arrive in 2 days - again, you always get the odd nutter, so just reply calmly to the feedback saying "buyer complained about no delivery 2 days after paying despite heavy snow. Avoid".

Selling vehicles is a tough one, and I think it's very common for buyers to change their mind.

For the last issue you have with the jeans, then just phone up ebay and get them to remove 4 of the 5 negatives. In the mean time, just reply to the feedback with something along the lines of "buyer underestimated the size of her thighs".

It's always best to list the actual size, then put in the notes that it's a tight fit.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
