Spring killer trap baited with Cadbury's Fruit and Nut - works every time.0

Does it bother you that much! My cat also brings them in and lets them go, and if I'm not quick enough I end up living with one for a while. But the only food they can get to is the cat's and they don;t want to go near that so they always leave after a week or so.
They don;t bother me at all. Live and let live, I say. Just make sure they can;t get to any of your food. If there's no food source they'll soon go away.
Or maybe get a cat? They don;t like living with their enemy!:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Put some nuts, chocolate and even cheese in the bottom of a bucket and put a bit of wood from the floor to the side of the bucket for the mouse to climb up. It will jump down into the bucket to get the food and then its trapped.
im sure they can still get out0 -

They are nibble little critters
You could also put cooking oil on the inside, so they slide.
What do you then do with the live mice in the bucket?An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

We had a fair few last year and we called in the council who put blue blocks of poison down in traps. Our council does it for free.
We don't like killing them but the damage they can do, the mess and health issues outweigh any sentimentality.
Find out where they are coming in too.
We did a very careful scan of holes outside the property and sealed them. It is amazing what access points a house can have. Check behind the toilet and any plumbing pipes.
They can squeeze thro' 1cm gaps and have v strong teeth to gnaw gaps.

They are rather partial to Lindor balls, as we discovered them eating our Christmas stash last year. It attacked the champagne too (well the silver paper)
One person saw a mouse lose its leg trying to escape a glue trap, not chewing, simply struggling to get away.
