surely they would have said that at the time, if thats standard......
the seller hasnt got back to me, but I will be amazed if she has kept the original packaging.....,why would she - that wasnt what was I asked..
you dont need to pay any postage to return to RM0 -
I know custardy that I or the buyer dont pay the postal costs.....well have found out - this wasnt clear on the letter......but the costs associated with the item being sent from the buyers house to wherever they review it will occur, and I guess we can conclude that will be a a large part of the £8.something previously charged
I assume they will then send the item back to the buyer - accrueing more costs. Thats 2 lots of £6........and then they will find they dont have (original packaging) part of what they want - as they never said they wanted it....
AND the buyer doesnt have the packagaing - 2 months on. She has emailed apologising to me (dont seee why she should be sorry) saying as she was told to send a diditial photo of the packaging and the goods, she assumed that was the end of it....
AAAAH, so I have two choices - let it drop ( i dont pick that one) or contact regulator - anyone have the details?, cheers0 -

you dont have to pay postage to return to RM so where are the costs to return to "wherever they review it"
as for the 'regulator' all you have to do is look on the RM site
