Very, he was told last week that it's highly unlikely he'll ever go back to work - he's going through the "I've spent 25 years building my career...for what" stage but we'll get there.....we're plodding on.

His current company won't allow him to work from home as his work is highly sensitive sercurity wise but yes - he's got the knowledge and experience to set up his own consultancy but he physically isn't able to at the moment.
