Sky what a waste of money.

Wanted sky installed in two rooms and a phone line. Got sky in sitting room, 27th dec. Was told phone was getting fitted 13th jan. Nobody came 13th so I phone. Was on phone for 1 hour 5 min. Passed to 7 different people was told it wasnt booked in for the 13th. "well just book it in now". Need another £65. Said no was passedabout again. So I said yes just to get it sorted and was told I would get it back, was passed about again. Was put on hold for 15 min. Was told "sorted well come 18th sort it all".Put on hold again...Was told "oh we havent recieved contract when we get it well ring you and sort out a day. I sent it 3 weeks ago. If I told my husband what a carry on I was having he would just pull it out and stick it in the bin. He didnt want it in the first place and again he was right. Its over priced, you only get about 2 more channels than free view and the customer service is worse than it was when I started to pay Sky 20 years ago. Can I cancel it and get them to come and take out the dish and box?

No, you have signed up for a minimum period and you will have to complete that or pay an early termination charge.
However if you are only getting a couple of extra channels then something is not correct and you need to get a service engineer back.
Surely you knew what channels you would be getting before subscribing?

As macman says if you have only got two more channels than on freeview then something is far wrong.
What package did you sign up for?
