 EasyMobile have declined payment from me for a SIM, saying that my address doesnt match that of my Debit card, and that I need to send them proof of address.

I can certainly say that I wont be sending them anything, and I hope Customer Service just let me cancel my order when I phone them tomorrow.

This may not be Easymobiles fault. I have a Co-op visa debit card and have been having horrendous problems over the last couple of weeks trying to get orders thru (never had a problem before in 10 years). Eventually rang the Co-op who advised me that they use the LINKS system and it has been experiencing problems with security checking, meaning that some people's paymants have been declined unnecesarily. Been fine since I called them, though. I would give your bank a call before you do anything. This is simply too good a deal for you to pass up on (especially thru Quidco and being referred). And I'm not just saying this because you used my easymobile number for a referral :D
I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!

I just cancelled it and closed my EasyMobile account. Sorry but they want me to send them proof of address and I just cannot be arsed.

£2 is still deducted from my Available Balance though, hoping its going to come back

thanks, meinnit, I have removed the post with the phone number for referral. Just a quick reminder to people that referral suggestions are not permitted on this board. Thanks :)

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: Sorry, referral links and suggestions are only permitted on the Referrers Board. I have asked Board Guides to move any they see on the main boards. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

The 75p will be taken from your existing credit including free bonuses. It will be taken if you do not spend £5 in a 3month period.
