Yup we have horrible potholes at the moment in our normally well maintained roads. Trouble is when it snows you can't see 'em and they're causing a lot of damage to vehicles!
To rub salt into the wound the government are saying that we're all going to face a big bill for repairs ...and there was me thinking I already paid for that in my council tax and car tax!!
Not often I'm right and it seems I'm wrong again!:rolleyes:Knowledge is often mistaken for intelligence. This is like mistaking a cup of milk for the whole cow.0 -
Also try fixmystreet.co.uk because if the road defect has been reported and they have not repaired it you sue the council for negligence so report ALL POTHOLES.0

There was a guy on tv yesterday that had been round his town and taken photographs of all of the potholes.........
I say, get a life. !!!!!! happens and if you have insurance, why worry? Everyone seems to want to sue someone about something every day!!! And then you get people moaning about lack of salt and grit on pavements and car parks.... and wonder why it hasn't been done! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Its not been done because if you slip, then you can't sue!!!!!!

Well, given how much we pay for road tax and stuff, I'm sure and I'll sue if my car gets wrecked because they decided to spend my money on jollys to seminars in the Bahamas rather than fix the damn roads...Fight Crime : Shoot Back.

Why should I have to claim on my insurance though for them not maintaining the roads? I pay road tax for that. My insurance is high enough as it is without claiming for damage to my car from a pot hole. This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.0
