I have attempted to help you in 2 earlier posts, with suggestions to what best to do. Other users have informed you they have recently received emails from bang cd, apologising, stating they have certain stock issues, and requesting patience.

Without wanting to sound nasty: it may be a case of them not being able to understand your email correspondence, what with the lack of punctuation, capital letters, full stops and apostrophes in your posts on here. If you are going to email them, ensure that the message is formal and punctually correct, and they may give it the time of day. If you don't have an order number, inform them of the date and time of the order, along with the goods and the invoice total, and details confirming you have made payment. it could also be a case of your email correspondence being anonymous of any order detail that they have not replied.


I am not saying bang cd is a perfect company, but signing up to every review/consumer site and calling them fraudsters, when you have no evidence that they are, is a little silly. In my opinion, I feel it may be a simple case of miscommunication or failure to understand your emails. If you wish to cut/paste the email you sent them, showing they are fully aware of your particular order, and have been made fully aware that you have paid for the goods already, feel free.

Its not being silly at all, are you trying to make out im dumb or something in the earlier post from you it suggests whether i had the correct email address of course i did and in all of the emails, it contained the amount, the list of cds that was ordered, what time they were ordered and on what date,i also attached the proof of the transaction taken from my internet banking statement, im not stupid you know i have tried everything to get my money back from them thieving rip off merchants !!!!!!!
But to comment about my typing and punctuality etc how dare you !!! :mad:, This post as i stated earlier has been put on to warn people about this site, at the end of the day if you want to order from them and then have your money taken then its up to you, its not just me its happened to either theres 100s of others, The way that you keep defending the company, its as if your working for them all something, all i want is for you to understand where i am coming from here, its not right and its just not fair on normal, innocent people like me having their money taken with nothing to show for it

Only just checked on this forum since my post. I'm not sure what you are suggesting. Anyone and everyone within the industry knows about Bangcd and their dodgy processes so to say any of us who disagree with you are wrong (if thats what you are suggesting) makes you pig ignorant. The fact is they are !!!!! and are dodgy, these are the facts not just a opinion. You may see this one day or you may not but the facts are there and it will just be a matter of time before they're gone.

If you are thinking all of us with less than 10 posts must be an 'undercover' from a rival site or something then you couldnt be further from the truth. I just wanted to state the facts to the poor guy who is having no luck with getting his money back or the ordered products. I do not have time to slag companies off for no apparent reason.

Thanks for the heads-up, I have used BangCD many times in the past, but not used them for about 2 years now (its all MP3 this and download that...) seems they have suddenly gone bad maybe?
