Bandcd.com fraudsters !!!!! Stay away !!!

AT THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER 2009 I BOUGHT 9 CDS FROM BANGCD.COM, THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT STRAIGHT AWAY, THEY SENT NO EMAIL COMFIRMATION AND THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS AND WITH NO SUPRISE THE CDS NEVER ARRIVED :mad:, I WARN PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, LIKE ME THERE ARE MANY OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST ALOT OF MONEY THROUGH THIS COMPANY NOT DELIVERING/NOT REPLYING AND EMAILS AND TAKING THE MONEY OUT OF OUR ACCOUNTS STRAIGHT AWAY, IF YOU WANT PROOF JUST LOOK AT THE FEEDBACK FROM OTHER POOR PEOPLE IN THE SAME SITUATION, if you go on google and type in bangcd.com fraud, you will see that this site is just not genuine, or try looking at other reviews on sitejabber.com or hotukdeals.com or the most appauling reviews of this terrible site were on reviewcentre.com if you cannot find the reviews on these then find them on google by typing in bangcd.com reviews and see for yourself what a bunch of CON ARTISTS THIS SITE IS !!!!

In future i shall be sticking with sites i trust like amazon or play.com, they may be a little more dearer by a few pounds or so but at least they will give you good customer service and the delivery of goods !!!!:T

I have never had problems with Bang, always get emails and receive the cds within a week.

I've read bad reviews about them too, but I ordered two boxsets before xmas and both arrived. I got confirmation emails as well. However, they do not reply to any customer service emails at all.

I ordered a couple of things in November. Had no email or contact telling me when it would be sent. No replys to emails at first, when i cancelled the order they did emal and said they would refund straight away. After over a week this hadn't been done so i sent a follow up email asking them to refund or i would post on consumer sites about their appalling service. The refund was done the next day. I know of others who have had no problem with them. It seems their fault lies when they are out of stock, they don't let you know.

I've ordered numerous things from BangCD over the last 3 years or so.... including a dvd boxset in December 09. I've never had any probs with them whatsoever... Postage quite fast (ships from Hong Kong if I recall correctly), and everything has always been brand new and genuine....
I've recommended them to several friends too!!

I have had loads for this xmas from Bang and they were abs fine I dunno who the op is referring to as he states bandcd in his title prapps he has been done by a scam?

EXCUSE ME I PUT THIS THREAD ON TO WARN OTHERS, MANY OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME BAD EXPERIENCE AS ME, I AM NO SPAMMER, I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS SUITABLE TO PUT MY VIEW ACROSS, TRADING STANDARDS AND THE POLICE ARE BOTH INVESTIGATING THE SITE. IF YOU HAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS FROM THEM THEN ALL I CAN SAY IS LUCKY YOU, BUT CALL ME NAMES AND THAT IS SO NOT FAIR, I AM A NORMAL PERSON WHO HAS BASICALLY BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS SITE, AND YES I HAVE PUT OTHER POSTS ABOUT THIS SITE ON OTHER REIVEW SITES, CHECKING ON ME AS IF IM A CRIMIAL COR BLIMEY LOL, IF YOU EVER GET A PROBLEM FROM THIS SITE THEN DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU AT THE END OF THE DAY :mad:

Hi there Em R,

Is it possible to calmly explain your complaint in more detail, and exactly what you/ the website have tried to do to resolve it? That way, more people will be able to offer you specific advice as to how to get your money back quickly, or the goods which you ordered.

I don't wish to sound nasty, but without justifying this, all your posts seem to do is slanderously attack the website without much reason....

If you can elaborate on your complaint and what correspondence you have had with them since your complaint, maybe some people on here can assist in what has gone wrong, and maybe help you get your CDs/refund. The website you are accusing seem to have been trading for a while: have you done everything you can to get your refund? Could it not simply be human error? I would seriously encourage you to look into your complaint with the company thoroughly before calling them 'Con Artists' on a public forum which anyone can view at their leisure.

....but if you want to just shout the odds about the company being thieves, go ahead.
