Who can I get to fix my aerial?

I bought a new aerial in the autumn and my brother installed in on the roof for me. It worked just fine, but we had very strong winds the other night and I have lost all my channels!
The aerial is still up there and looks fine so it may just need pointing back in the right direction, or maybe something has come loose? In any case my brother is now up in Scotland (I'm in Pembrokeshire, West Wales), and I really can't go up on the roof myself to fix it, even though it's only a bungalow
When I looked in the phone book I just found fancy 'Aerial Services' companies who work out an entire system for you and install it, at horrendous expense no doubt; I just want someone who'll go up a ladder and turn it round! It's a five minute job which I don't want to pay a fortune for (I'm on income support). What kind of workman should I look for who won't be too costly?

A few weeks ago we had the Digital Changeover in the North West, do you know when it's due in your part of the world.
I know people on some benefits were getting a new Freeview system free, or a cheap FreeSat system all fitted.
If your part of the world is due, can you wait.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

Noooo I never thought about the insurance! Mind you I don't want to end up with higher premiums over something fairly small like this. Might look into it though, thanks for that!
I tried the CAI website, it was useless, I couldn't find any way to find someone local unless I already knew their company name!

SailorSam, we were the first area to switch over, over a year ago now! We didn't get offered any help with anything I'm afraid, only advice, and not very good advice at that! (They offered a package to pensioners that was just a Freeview box - no other equipment or aerial - and a guy to come round and install it on your TV - for £300!!! Ridiculous, talk about taking advantage of the elderly)

I think that the excess on the insurance will make that route a non -starter, even assuming it's covered.
Any local installer will be able to do the job, try your local paper for an independent, however you'll still be looking at a minimum call out even if it's what you call a 'five minute' job. I would guess around £40 depending on area/distance?No free lunch, and no free laptop0
