Do I get an iphone???

My current mobile is dropping to pieces and I'm due an upgrade and was looking for some advice.
I currently pay £20 a month with T-Mobile (1/2 price friends and family) and have been offered a free Nokia 5800 phone.....BUT I'm feeling tempted to get an iphone (as my current ipod is 3 years old and full!) and have been told I can keep my £20 deal and pay £260 for the 16gb phone at Fonehouse.
I don't know whether to just get the free phone (as it's free!!) or pay the extra for an iphone and get 2 products in one.......??????
Any advice woulod be appreciated! Thanks!!

I have an iPhone and have used the 5800. The touchscreen and software on the 5800 are pants. Go for the iPhone or a HTC Hero/G2 Touch.0
