LG GT505 Complaint - Need Advice!!
Hi,
I am in need of some advice as to what is my way forward with this complaint. I upgraded last year to a LG GT505 with Orange. The phoned worked ok for a couple of months but then the standby time on the battery started to get less and less, at one stage after recharging it would only last 3-4 hours! I complained to Orange and to cut a long story short they have replaced the handset but this too is the same. They said they knew about the problem and have logged it with LG.
All I want from them is a handset that works! It doesn't have to be the same one or one with any fancy gadgets. Just one that will be mobile so I don't have to carry my charger everywhere!!
What is my next step???? Can anyone give me any advice please?
Tks in advance!

Hi mazlester,
If the phone has already been replaced and the issue continues, it may be that we need to look into replacing the battery.
Please use my contact email address on the profile page to contact me. Please include your mobile number and best contact number.
Hope this helps
