How do I clean a really Filthy Bathroom- Limescale removal

We have bought a buy to let property and the bathrooms are filthy! The suites are white and appear to be ok but bath and sink have loads of limescale & taps are dulled due to limescale. Can anyone suggest an easy way of cleaning this that won't take off enamal. Toilet I can cope with, I've done these before but suggestions…

Hi,

I believe caustic soda should work on it - has to be left for several hours though. Caution: I am not 100% sure it is safe on enamel, I think it is but not sure, so test briefly on a bit you can't see at all. And read the bottle/packet as well.
