E2Save Cashback - Cheque Bounced !!
I got cheque from e2save.com as cashback, I submitted it to bank and my bank (Barclays) has declined to accept it...as it dosen't have magnetic stirp at bottom (its blank !!)...no cheque number, account or sort code...
It is issued by HSBC without cheque number in bottom strip..has anyone faced this before.....

All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy.

Cheques don't have to have the magnetic info on the bottom, although 99.9% of them do. Try taking it to a different branch of Barclays, or a different cashier at the same branch.0

Called e2save, they immediate said "okay...we will issue you a new cheque and it will be with you in next 4 weeks" !! no apologies...no explanation...no thinking.... seems they knew about this problem...All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy.0
