well knowing what its like at my dentist if i ring now i may not be able to get in till nearly the wedding anyway...so im thinking ill just go for one appointment and hope it helps a bit

I have used the Crest Supreme Whitestrips and they are amazing!!! People always comment on how white my teeth are and I also used to smoke and like the occassional glass of red wine!! LOL I will be buying another lot to do before my wedding. And in my opinion they are miles better than a cleaning by the hygenist!!
My best friend is a dental nurse and she got her's whitened at work and the results are nowhere near as good as those achieved by the Crest Whitestrips.
Just make sure you buy them from a reputable seller.

Crest whitestrips are good, my sister used them before, I forgot all about them as you only get them from america (or ebay) lol x

Seems to average £10-£20 on ebay.

But which ones to go for?

Is it a one-off thing or over time?

My sister just used the normal ones, not the supreme. She got a 28 day supply and they seemed to make a difference x

ok i have just been googling the whitestrips and it seems to be saying you should see the results in 7 days...so im guessing you want to get enough strips for at least 7 days (so 14 strips )
