FAo the vodafone company rep.

Having been a customer of Vodafone for about 7 years, the contract on my 2 handsets was up for renewal and I called up to see what was on offer. Basically the offers were rubbish and the rep on the phone wasn't at all interested in keeping me and ordered my PAC codes. I'd been offered from T-mobile a way better deal so was happy.
Just as i'm about to sign up with T-Mobile, vodafone call me and match the deal (300 mins, Samsung Jet S8000, Unlimited texts, Unlimited internet, 18 month contract for £22.50 month)

So I signed up and all was well.

Fast forward 2 months and my sons '3' contract was up, so I called up vodafone, they agreed to do same deal as before for this one, got my pac ordered the phone and waited, and waited, and waited - the phone never arrived.
Called up vodafone - the order got 'stuck' in the system and had to be re-ordered. In the meantime the PAC transfer had completed so my son was cut off from the mobile world for 2 days.
The phone arrived and then this month so did the bill - for about £20 more than it should be. Looking at the plan online, it's on the wrong tariff , no web browsing so i'm been charged for that too.
Filled out a webform twice, information that came back was useless and totally incorrect. Called up on the phone and was told it was sorted yet when I view online it's still totally incorrect.

Hopefully the vodafone rep can help and sort this out - otherwise it's a letter to the gaffer ;)
