Orange - Ending 12-month contract

I'm just coming into month 10 of my Orange contract from July 8th, I won't be needing Orange anymore after the 12 months (Moving to O2) so plan on ending this contract. Only problem is, I can't find their postal address to send confirmation of this to anywhere on the website. I'm loathe to ring them as I know they will just put me through to retentions and keep trying to retain me...

So, can anyone help with the address to send my cancellation notice off to? (Recorded delivery obviously )

Do a bit of research on PAC (port authority code) because if you ask for your PAC at the right time and then give this to your new operator, it will automatically cancel your current contract when used. Remember that a PAC can only be used to transfer your number on a working line i.e. don't cancel and then expect to transfer your number after cancellation!

Orange won't try too hard to keep you as a customer (in my experience). They may offer you something but they won't make it difficult to cancel. If you're a low user (according to them, I was, and I spent £30 a month), then they probably won't offer you anything at all! I cancelled mine in about 10 seconds

You'll need to call up exactly one month before your 12 months is up.
