HELP PLEASE - European Vacations and Award World

I have received an email from "European Vacations & Award World" saying I have "been awarded" an 8 day 7 night break in Spain for an admin fee of £20.00. This seems to be too good to be true, so I thought I would ask MSE folk to see if they have any experience with this "company".

It's not timeshare, but there is a catch - meals and excursions are extra, and bring it up to the cost of a normal holiday. And it's not that good a holiday to start with.

There are better ways of getting a cheap holiday.
