ORANGE-No respect for loyal customers

Orange delivered to a wrong address on their file so clearly it makes it there fault, anyway not going to argue that point again.
"Can I take a delivery postcode?"
"<postcode handed over>"
"Can I take a door number?"
"<door number>"
"is that <address>"
"Yes"
So how could they deliver to the right address if YOU didn't give the right address at time of ordering?
You have to confirm the address to the agent, and before you say "no I didn't" the script requires them to ask this as the address fields aren't populated automatically.
My iPhone is on my boyfriends plan I don't live with him, however he gave the delivery address as my mums and they delivered there no questions asked0 -
Alas, in all my experience of Orange I highly doubt Orange would be rude from the off, I know of situations where the customer gets het up the agent gets het up aswell,
Was you het up from the off? Plus why are you being dealt with in india, all orange pay monthly operations are dealt with in the UK?0
