Hi All,
First post on here so here goes....
The last 6 months I have been losing coverage from Orange's local micro cell site each time I have to try & get through to report the fault first attempt was via phone only to have the chap tell me I wasn't a business customer then get abuse then the chap slammed the phone down, how I wish it was recorded !
One thing I have noticed when you pass your PAYG number they don't want to know so dare I tell them my works number which is also with Orange, being an Orange customer since 1997 I would have expected some courtesy & don't want to move because so far they have been good with me hence I have recommended there service to others
I have 3 phones on Orange the most important one my works mobile which I depend on 24/7 for call
After around 6 emails to Orange this year alone it's got to the point they don't reply or dare to call me back, while I understand that there fault is with there site (I work as a radio comms engineer) there service is beyond poor & have been told I know more than what they do with regards the faults & issues at the micro cell after a long winded call to a high rate number for over 45 mins !
Really I would like to know where I stand now as of todays date there is once again no coverage in my area which in turn could make me lose business & important emergency calls, yes I work from home so it's just not good enough. If this was a comms site I worked on I would be out a job by now simple no less that 25 times this has happened with speils of 7-10 days of no coverage in my area
Another note is the company I work for is a very large Orange customer should I use this as a push or just pass this info on regards there poor service, it's clear to me as the man on the street Orange don't care but business customers do get a reply that came clear last year when this happened no reply to me but my company called & guess what instant engineer visit & repair
Any advice on this would be helpful
Regards
Alastair
