paid for phone, then ebay tell me he's no longer a reg user and not to pay? HELP!

    How long was it though until your seller contacted you?

    This guy last contacted me on Tuesday to tell me my phone would arrive 'before the end of June'. since then I've heard nothing, no reply on his mobile etc etc.

    I've just mailed him threatening a claim through the small claims court - don't really hold out much hope for getting a reply...

    Sorry to be negative but this seller has had at least sold 5 items removed by ebay, and one of his buyers has been kicked off ebay since buying.

    There's definitely something fishy going on. If the guy had just forgotten to pay his fees or something, they wouldn't have removed the listings.


    Edit: hmm, I'm not 100% about what I've just written. You may choose to disregard it!

    Personally, I smell a rat.

    Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
