    Yeah I get child benefits already if thats what you meant. I have 1 child age 2 and I receive Child benefits already

    Are you filling in section 11 properly?

    Change the interval to yearly, input your details (again), click next

    I too would be suprised, I earn approx £430 a month, my OH's job seekers has stopped after 6 months as I earn too much for him to qualify and we still have to pay a % of council tax. I would thank your lucky stars that you both have work, earn decent salaries and can afford to feed your family

    thats exactly what i dont get I would concider my household to be an average house hold so why is it say I should not be paying council tax? Perhaps its purely based on the fact I get child tax credit.
