Getting a bundle deal from Virgin?

I have recently moved over to Virgin cable broadband and was wondering about moving my Sky+ and BT phone over on a bundle. I have called the normal sales line and was given the standard prices off the website over the phone. This wouldnt work out much cheaper than I currently pay, but they were not waivering on the £75.00 V+ setup.
Does anyone know any tricks for getting a deal out of Virgin? I am not desperate to move, but would always be interested in a cheaper price. My current services are:-
Virgin 10MB - £20.00
Sky+ - £23.00 (everything apart from sport & movies)
BT - £17.53 (unlimited anytime calls, 7.2pm mobile).

it seems you'd be cheaper going all sky or all virgin, try leaving one or the other to see what offers they may give you0

The problem I have is that I can only get about 2MB ADSL broadband so I am a bit stuck with Virgin for the higher speeds on cable.0

If you have a Virgin Media shop near you get in there, explain everything and I almost guarantee they will work out a deal for you. We went in between Christmas & New Year as Mum was pig sick of Sky and their lack of service, broken promises etc. Spoke to lovely people in the Edinburgh shop, got everything sorted out, 2 months free and I can't remember what other deals Mum got, but it was a cracking deal. We have phone, broadband & V+HD through Virgin now and can't fault it. Although I have probably completely tempted fate now!Consumer Pulse - £140 Debenhams & £20 HMV vouchers - so far.Lightspeed panels - £130 Paypal so far!Ipsos Panels - £20 Boots vouchers - so far!Valued Opinions - £10 Amazon voucher - so far!:T0

Virgin HD is poor tvh.
I have had Sky and Virgin in the past, and SKY is far and away a better service.0 -
Hi Woody. In what way is it poor? I find Sky+ unreliable and I am sick of losing signal everytime it starts to drizzle lighltly! I like the sound of the on demand content, iplayer etc but I am hearing mixed things about VM so would be good to hear what problems you found with it. Tbh, if someone asked me to recommend Sky+ then I would not give it a glowing review.0

The picture is always perfect (even in snow which suprised me aswell). It may have something to do with aerial position.
Sky Anytime is the version of on demand and this is also excellent.
When i had VM, and even now, the HD content is very poor indeed and none of the packages seem good value (£30 for Sky Psorts is extortion).
The only way VM wins is the iPlayer content, but i get that via the PC anyway.0
