Site NOT to recommend

I bought some Christmas sweets from the pink sugar mouse website just before Christmas and lo and behold the package turns up 25 days later. The courier said they had only just received it, so it was not their fault. The shop don't answer the phone after 76 treis. The e mails do not get replied to and so I want to warn people not to buy from them

www.thepinksugarmouse.com are the company and they don't care

I cannot believe what has happened - I used to be a regular customer of theirs for the past 3 years now. You'd think that with a recession these sites would work even harder to keep their customers :mad::mad::mad::mad:

    You ordered just before Xmas - maybe after they had closed for Xmas and New Year? These kinds of things have to be taken into account when you order - always check the website for delivery info specific to the holiday period so that you know in advance that your items may be delayed.

    Honestly. Try the number yourself. OK, there is an answerphone, but nothing else :confused::confused::confused:

    The site originally said that deliveries would be made before Christmas as I had ordered in time, and even the e mail said so. The sweets were ordered on December 19th and last orders were Monday December 21st!!!

    I just think it's plain pathetic. Still no answer this afternoon either. 15 e mails sent as well :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    why wouldnt it be true? i rang my doctors 105 time before anyone answer the other day... and that was just to order a prescription... if i had spent money on something i think i would of rang 76 time or more also!

    7 and a half weeks to reply.

    They told me that they had lost the print out and no one had bothered to check the system. So they are gonna send me a free 100gm bag of sweets. And my refund.

    They agreed that they got the messages but as they shut in Janauary they did not get the messages. They also said no orders went out in januaray because they were not there.

    The owner is unbelievably arrogant and doesn't care about customers online orders. Don't waste your money on them

    Is there a list of places to add that you should not shop from? Also I keep getting e mails from them about new stuff and I have asked 5 times to be taken off but no reply and nowt been done:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

  • I ordered a hamper of sweets from them for Valentines Day. The order was placed on Feb 1st to ensure plenty of time for it to get to my wife.

    It arrived yesterday. 1st they forgot to pack the order because they were waiting for an item and they didn't bother to tell me. 2nd They then did pack the order but sent me the wrong one. 3rd They then said they had sent me the order and there was no sign of it. 4th They sent me the order with some other sweets as they did not have the full order to fulfill my order.

    I have phoned 18 times now. The man on the phone (Keith) is an imbecile and very rude. I think he was more concerned about his money than doing an order. They also do not reply to e mails!!!!

    It is a pathetic company who don't care once they have your money
