If vista try a system health report.
Open the start menu and type perform info in the search bar and hit Enter.
Click advanced tools in the left hand pane, at the bottom of the window click generate a system health report to run the report generator.0 -
not vista i was told to reboot press F8 a few times then 1 )try repair then 2 )if not safe mode-see if boots they tried this and it worked.thanks to every body that helped.If vista try a system health report.
