'Noise' on phone line (when broadband's on)

Hi
I appear to have a lot of noise everytime broadband is on the line. I've changed filters (used brand new ones too), used the test socket, but still the problem is still there.
The line's fine once broadband's off; is it the ISP's fault or BT's ?
Thanks in advance.

Are you using a cordless phone, and is the base station near to your wireless router? That gum you like is coming back in style.0

Have you connected the filters correctly - Only one per device and line must not pass through more than one filter.
Disconnect EVERYTHING then use one filter for a phone and your router/modem and see what happens.
If it persists swap the filter and try again
If it persists, well numerous options but try a simple set up first.0 -
Try the simplest setup.
Remove the master socket faceplate, plug a filter into the inner "test" socket, connect your phone to the filter to confirm OK. Connect your router and confirm noise. Try each of the filters that you have. If all give the same result call it in to your ISP as an ADSL line fault.
If they try to fob you off ask to speak to the next level up the chain. This is a known ADSL type of fault but you may need to work up past the script only first level support people.0 -

Thank you all, and I've tried all that but still the problem's there. Hopefully I should be on 02 in the next day or two, and I'll see if the noise disappears.0
